The Ideal of the GHFP

The motivating ideals of the GHFP are to work from, and to cultivate and support, human qualities and values; and to foster peace and harmony amongst people throughout the world.

The Objective of the GHFP

The overall objective of the GHFP is to facilitate processes that help true human qualities to develop in the world, and for our work to be inspired by these qualities. The GHFP aims to create quiet, safe and open spaces for dialogue, communication and transformation. These meetings can generate understandings and change perceptions, which in turn contribute in a strategic way to the resolution of global problems and to the development of human beings and their talents.

The Areas of interest

To achieve these goals, the GHFP works as a think-tank to investigate key areas of human interest. Through this process, the GHFP gains an understanding of the dynamics of relevant topical issues, and therefore is able to arrange meetings where challenging questions can be posed in an environment that is conducive to change and transformation.

More specifically these are:

promoting inter-religious understanding through dialogue, and the deepening of individual religious and spiritual experience
providing education and experiences that develop the full potential and talents of each individual as a whole person
seeking innovative solutions to address the problems of poverty and injustice, and the need for sustainable development and transformation
