The GHFP initiates, sponsors and supports a variety of projects that have been identified as falling within the Foundation's Areas of Concern. The projects focus mainly on three broad areas: inter-religious dialogue; education; livelihood.

The GHFP believes that inter-religious dialogue is a key to mutual understanding, humility and hope. We strive to offer a way to transform conflicts, establish greater trust, and to enable better human relations amongst all. Supporting inter-religious dialogue gives the GHFP an opportunity to learn and understand how to create spaces for transformative encounters.

The Foundation's interest in education and livelihood is also informed by the observation that when individuals are given the opportunity to develop to their potential, they are better placed to interact with and contribute positively to their local community.

The GHFP would act to provide opportunities for growth, development and understanding by offering seed funding, encouraging in-project research and organising conferences where people can share the understanding they have gained.
